*Southern Hospice Friends Inc. was initially formed in 1993 by a group of people whose loved ones had died in Daw House Hospice at the Repat Hospital and who had attended bereavement groups conducted by Southern Adelaide Palliative Services.

* Today, Caring Friends exists to provide ongoing care and support to ANY bereaved, divorced or separated person. Anyone experiencing isolation or loneliness.                                  'We Care' is the groups' motto.
